The strategy call: free

The AI Website Strategy Call (30 minutes, one-on-one) is free. Pick a time on the booking page and we call you at that time — no payment, no meeting links.

• Reschedule: use the link in your confirmation or reminder message.
• Cancel: the same links let you cancel; cancelling before the call releases your slot.

Monthly pricing terms

Plans are billed monthly in AUD including GST, with no setup fee — the website build is included. Your monthly rate is locked in while your subscription remains active — cancel and later return, and the then-current pricing applies.

Builds, hosting & changes

• Build work begins once your onboarding information is received. There is no setup fee — the build is included in your monthly subscription; the first month's payment is non-refundable once build work has started.
• The AI Client Capture Website includes up to 4 pages; extra, upsell or downsell pages are $50 each.
• Your package includes 2 free changes per year, then $25 per change.
• AI Client Capture monthly continues at your locked rate after the first 2 included months; the annual path covers 12 months upfront.
• Blog uploads are $25 each when you supply the written content; blog writing is quoted separately.
• Major redesigns, custom features and advanced automations are quoted separately before any work starts.

Your part

The AI is only as good as what it's trained on — you agree to provide accurate business information during onboarding (services, prices, hours, FAQs), and to tell me when things change so your AI stays right.

Privacy

Customer and enquiry details are private and never shared or sold. Chat conversations with the AI assistant are stored so we can serve you better (and read them before your call). We also use analytics and session-recording tools (such as Microsoft Clarity) to understand how visitors use this site and improve it — typed details are masked, not recorded. Ask anytime to have your details removed.
